Best Love Handles


With such a cute nickname, you may wonder why do I want to lose my love handles; because they are not good for you. How about beer gut or saddle bags, no one wants those. Nobody wants to drag around a muffin top. All of these things refer to the extra weight that sits on the waistband of your pants when you gain too much weight. This is nothing more than your body storing fat because there is no where else for it to go. Thankfully, you don't have to live with these love handles if you do not want to. You can get into shape and fit properly int your pants again if you wish.

As you already know, exercise is the most effective way to get rid of love handles. You can't do just any exercise to accomplish your task. You must focus your energy on aerobic exercises. Aerobic exercise focuses on raising your heart rate and getting your blood pumping. You will burn more fat with aerobic exercise because it requires more energy which forces your body to begin burning fat stores to gain energy during workouts. A good habit to get into is exercising aerobically a minimum of three times per week for at least 30 minutes. Over time you should increase to 4 or 5 times each week.

Other forms of exercise can be supplemented by adding a weight training routine to your workout. You won't benefit from weight training as much as you will from aerobic exercise but it is beneficial in other ways. Your regular exercise routine will become easier because of the increased muscle mass resulting from your weight training and you will also notice a greater metabolic response. The faster your metabolism the faster you will burn off your love handles.

It's important to have strong back muscles. Among other things, it's good to get rid of any back fat you may have, which will help to get rid of any muffin top. People with strong back muscles also have good posture, and they are more able to do any kind of exercise that requires lifting. To get healthier and lose weight, of course, you have to work on your entire body! Dealing with your love handles does not have to be difficult. In the end, all it takes is some simple changes to your lifestyle and you can watch your love handles disappear. Of course, it will take time for this to happen so you will need to be patient while you work on your weight. Just focus on your diet and exercise and soon those love handles will be a thing of the past. Focus on fitting into those skinny jeans with no overlap!
